Do I need to be home during delivery?
No. As long as your car is accessible and the fuel cap is unlocked, our driver will handle everything. You'll receive a delivery confirmation once it's done.
What type of vehicles do you service?
We service all standard gasoline and diesel vehicles — sedans, SUVs, trucks, and minivans. We don't currently offer service for electric or hydrogen vehicles.
How do you access my fuel cap?
Most modern cars allow cap access without a key. If yours requires a lever or manual release inside the car, just leave the fuel cap unlocked on delivery day and we'll close it securely when done.
Is the fuel the same quality as a gas station?
Yes. We source our fuel from the same major suppliers as local stations (Esso, Petro-Canada, Shell). Quality is identical — you just pay less.
What if I want to pause or cancel?
You can pause or cancel anytime directly from your account dashboard, with no fees or penalties. We believe in earning your loyalty every week.
How do I pay for the gas?
The $19/month service fee is billed monthly. After each visit, we charge your card on file for the exact amount of fuel pumped and send you a receipt with a photo confirmation for total transparency and convenience.
